Data we process

Relay processes account and billing identifiers, gateway configuration, pairing state, delivery/reply metadata, security logs, and message/file content needed to provide the service. Payment card data stays with Dodo Payments or Lemon Squeezy.

Purpose and retention

We process data to deliver and secure the gateway, meter usage, support customers, prevent abuse and comply with law. Activity retention follows the selected plan and legal obligations.

Rights and contact

Applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. Privacy requests can be submitted through the support contact shown in the product dashboard or purchase receipt.
