Terms of Service
Effective: 24 August 2026.
These Terms govern use of AgentRelay MCP, a service operated under the AgentForge Labs brand. For a paid order, the contracting/selling entity and payment merchant are the entities identified in the applicable checkout, order confirmation or invoice. If an enterprise order or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
1. The service
AgentRelay MCP provides a gateway that lets authorized AI agents, MCP clients and automation systems exchange notifications, questions, files, approvals and replies with people through third-party messaging services. Features may include bot pairing, source-scoped identities, delivery/reply routing, access controls, usage metering, audit/security events and hosted or self-hosted components.
2. Telegram and other third-party services
Telegram is a third-party platform selected by the customer. AgentRelay MCP is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram. Telegram names, services and APIs remain subject to Telegram's own terms, developer rules and availability. You must operate every bot and integration in compliance with those rules. Changes, restrictions, outages, rate limits or account actions imposed by Telegram or another third party may affect the service and are outside our control.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. You must own or have explicit permission to connect each bot, chat, recipient, AI agent, MCP client, account and data source used with the service.
4. Accounts, credentials and security
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, bot tokens, pairing codes and access to your connected systems. Do not place secrets in public prompts, repositories or client-side code. You must promptly rotate credentials and notify us through the support channel shown in your account or purchase receipt if you reasonably believe credentials or an account have been compromised.
5. Customer content and instructions
You retain rights you hold in messages, files, prompts, agent output and other content you submit or route through the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, transform and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the service, comply with your instructions and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and instructions are lawful and that you have the rights and notices required to process personal data and third-party content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; harass, threaten or impersonate others; distribute malware; phish for passwords, OTPs or credentials; evade platform moderation or rate limits; conduct unlawful surveillance; facilitate illegal goods or services; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; bypass security controls; or interfere with the service or third-party networks. You may not use Telegram-derived content for AI training or other purposes prohibited by Telegram's applicable rules. We may rate-limit, block or suspend activity that creates security, legal or operational risk.
7. Plans, quotas and changes
Paid plans may include limits for events, agents, workspaces, retention, throughput or support. Metered usage is measured by our service records unless a written order states otherwise. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, but will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid core functionality during an active prepaid term without notice or a reasonable transition where practicable.
8. Billing, renewal and taxes
Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy or another disclosed payment provider may process checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds and payment credentials. We do not store full payment-card details. Price changes apply prospectively and, where required by law, after appropriate notice.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal as provided by the checkout provider or account controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
Except for customer content and third-party materials, the commercial service, website, software, designs, documentation and related technology are owned by AgentForge Labs or its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. No right to use our branding is granted except as necessary to identify the service. Telegram trademarks and platform assets belong to their respective owner(s).
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, non-payment, abuse, a legal requirement, material breach, platform-rule violation or risk to other customers or infrastructure. Where feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms — continue to apply.
12. Availability and support
Unless a separate SLA applies, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and no specific uptime is guaranteed. Internet connectivity, messaging platforms, cloud providers and customer systems may fail or change independently. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security work and force-majeure events may cause interruptions.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that agent-generated content is correct, that a recipient will read or act on a message, or that third-party platforms will accept or deliver every request.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from the service. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, a party's aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the fees paid or payable for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the Provider against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, your lack of authority to contact a recipient or connect an account, or your material violation of these Terms or applicable third-party platform rules, except to the extent caused by the Provider.
16. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information as a controller for our own business purposes. Where we process Customer Personal Data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies and is incorporated into these Terms.
17. Governing terms and notices
Mandatory law applicable to you remains unaffected. Any governing-law or venue provision stated in a signed order or enterprise agreement controls. If no separate governing-law clause is agreed, disputes are governed by the law applicable to the Provider identified on the relevant order, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date; material changes to paid service terms will be communicated where legally required.

Legal, privacy and support requests may be submitted through the support contact identified in the product dashboard, order confirmation or purchase receipt. Please include the relevant account or order identifier but never send passwords, bot tokens or private keys by ordinary email.
